- When you first noticed the issue with the missing Continual Learning Credits

- When (if applicable) you noticed the issue was resolved

- Whether you were using a mobile device or desktop

- What browser you were using

- If there was anything unusual about your session 

For example:

- staying logged in overnight

- logging in from a new computer

- accessing the system for the first time in several weeks
