Specialist Notes:


Should a user have a question regarding a workshop (ILT), please locate the workshop page and check for the information. 


The following information is usually listed in the event details page:

  • Officiating - Credit Library (The type of CLC that it provides) 
  • Officiating - Continual Learning Credit (The amount of CLC that it provides) 
  • Prerequisites 


The following information is usually listed under the session details page:

  • Date and time 
  • Enrollment Period (The text will be in red, and it will say “Register by…”) 
  • Location 
  • Duration 
  • Workshop Facility Name 
  • Workshop Address.


IMPORTANT!

  • Should a user have a specific question regarding a workshop and the information is not found in the event/session details page, or if the user seems unsure of the information that is listed in the page, please escalate a ticket to Michelle Stapleberg (michelle.stapelberg@usta.com), and if the user is inquiring about the Travel/Hotel Information/Start & End times, redirect user to the Officiating Team (Officiating@usta.com). 
  • If the user is trying to enroll but is unable to, please refer to the ILT | Unable to Enroll in a Workshop SR instead.
