Support Category: ILT | Registration

Specialist Notes:

When a user is unable to enroll in a workshop, we need to locate the event and navigate to the details page to verify the following:

1. Repeat Workshop Registration. The option to register for a workshop in the Hub will not be available for any workshop a user has previously completed.

Example: If a user has previously completed a Roving Umpire Workshop, the system will not allow them to register for another Roving Umpire Workshop. Please review the user’s transcript to confirm prior completion before responding.

Repeat registrations are managed manually by the Officiating Education team. Please escalate a ticket and forward the escalation to Michelle (michelle.stapelberg@usta.com).

2. The registration period is open. If registration is not open yet, please let the user know the date that it will be open. If the registration is closed, let them know that the registration period has closed, and they are no longer accepting enrollments. We can advise them to explore other workshops.

3. There are available seats remaining. If there are no seats remaining but the registration is still open, kindly let the user know they can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot becomes available. They will be notified no later than 1 week prior to the workshop date.

4. User completed prerequisite course(s) if there is a prerequisite. If they have not completed the prerequisite course, please let the user know and provide navigational instructions to assist the user with locating and launching the course. If they have any concerns or questions about the required prerequisites, please escalate a ticket on their behalf to Michelle Stapelberg (michelle.stapelberg@usta.com).

5. Upcoming Workshops to be released in the future. For upcoming workshops that are not currently available, please escalate a ticket on their behalf and forward the ticket escalation to Rebecca Wozny (rebecca.wozny@usta.com) & Michelle Stapelberg (michelle.stapelberg@usta.com). If users are persistent, they can check with their section chair, who's responsible for scheduling these workshops.

6. If a user reaches out requesting assistance with a late registration for an ILT (including Center of Excellence workshops) after the registration deadline, please escalate a ticket and forward it to Michelle Stapelberg (michelle.stapelberg@usta.com).

IMPORTANT!

Center of Excellence (COE) Workshops have more requirements/prerequisites. If the user reports they are unable to enroll in the COE Workshops sessions or request them, please refer to the ILT | Center of Excellence Workshop SR.
