Some users may have registered for upcoming workshops and webinars while in the old portal (LRC). During the transition, the Admins will transfer those who registered on Oracle to CSOD (so users will get a secondary confirmation email, if they signed up initially on Oracle). If anyone comes in with questions, requests or concerns, escalate.
