If the user is inquiring about a workshop completion mark, please provide the SR. If it has been more than a week, please escalate.

The USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators advised that it may take a week for the attendance to be processed after a workshop takes place - we kindly advise you to check your transcript again at a later time. 

Once the attendance is processed and you're granted completion, you will see the Continual Learning Credit reflected on your Certification Dashboard the following day.
