If the user is inquiring about a workshop completion mark, please provide the SR. If it has been more than two weeks, please escalate.

The USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators advised that it may take two weeks for the attendance to be processed after a workshop takes place - we kindly advise you to check your transcript again at a later time.

Once the attendance is processed and you're granted completion, you will see the Continual Learning Credit reflected on your Certification Dashboard the following day.
