Specialist Notes:


Users can access the page to browse for Workshops (ILTs) by clicking the 'In-Person Education' button and selecting the categories or they can browse by date when clicking 'Browse Calendar' button at the top.


Please provide the SR below to assist users with enrolling to a workshop.


IMPORTANT!

If the user states they're trying to enroll in a Center of Excellence (COE) Workshops, please provide the following verbiage after you sent the SR: 


Please note that after clicking the 'Request' button, you will receive an email that contains an online application. Please be sure to fill out the online application in order to successfully be nominated. The approval is done by the USTA Officiating Team and they will not approve anyone for these workshops until the registration is closed and once all the applications are reviewed. The USTA Officiating team will then notify everyone who was selected after the application review process is complete.


If you need assistance with the online application or have inquiries regarding the approval process/your status, please reach out to the USTA Officiating Team directly (officiating@usta.com).


If the user reports they are unable to see the Center of Excellence (COE) Workshops sessions or request them, please refer to the ILT | Center of Excellence Workshop SR.


Standard Response:


Please follow the steps below to locate and register for your Workshop:


1. Click the 'In-Person Education' button from the homepage.


2.To explore workshops by category, click on the following tabs: Browse by Discipline, Browse by Section, or Center of Excellence.


3. Click the 'LAUNCH' button under the workshop type or section you'd like to browse.


4. You will be taken to a page where you should see a list of Upcoming Sessions. Once you locate the session you'd like to enroll in, kindly click the 'View Details' button next to it. Then, click the 'Request' button. If there are no seats left, you may select the option to join the waitlist.


Note: You may also browse workshops by date, by clicking the 'BROWSE CALENDAR' button at the top of the In Person Education page.


Once you're able to follow the instructions above, please let me know if you are able to locate your workshop and register.
