Welcome to the Officiating Family is a webinar that will be held on July 21st (1:00 PM – 2:00 PM PDT | 4:00PM – 5:00 EST) for newly certified users. The administrators have provided us with a list of users who are eligible to register for the session, as it is not available to everyone.
- If a user who isn’t on the pre-approved list contacts us, please let the know that this is only for newly certified users, and if they push further, please direct them to the Officiating Team: Officiating@usta.com
- If a user is on the pre-approved list and experiences difficulties registering for the session, please troubleshoot as usual and escalate the issue if necessary.

IMPORTANT In the catalog, there may be two different tiles for ‘Welcome to the USTA Officiating Family’, and the user will need to access the correct one to be able to sign up. |

1. Go to USTA Officiating Development Hub Page
2. Click on ‘Webinars’
3. Locate and click on ‘Welcome to the USTA Officiating Family’ event
4. Click on the down-facing error which is located besides ‘View Details’
5. Select ‘Request'
