Specialist Notes:

Kindly provide the following response for users requesting assistance with the completion status of the "Three Tools to Improve Your Officiating" webinar (held in 2019) or a recording of the session.

Standard Response:

The "Three Tools to Improve Your Officiating" webinar was offered in 2019 to help fill a temporary gap when in-person officiating workshops were not readily available. Since in-person workshops have been available since 2022, a recording of this webinar is no longer available. We recognize the confusion this has caused and are removing the question from the Center of Excellence application.

You can check your "Courses Completed" list in OfficialsFirst to find the completion record for this webinar if you attended a live session.

As long as you have taken the Chair Umpire Workshop or attended a live session of the "Three Tools to Improve Officiating" webinar in 2019, you have met the education requirements for attending the Center of Excellence. Please note that other requirements must be met to qualify for the Center of Excellence. At a minimum, you must hold Tier 2 status as a Chair Umpire to meet the application qualifications for the Center of Excellence.  Once the application period ends, the selection committee will review all the applications and send invitations to the Center of Excellence for those chosen to attend.

Please reach out to the Officiating Team at officiating@usta.com if you have any other questions about the Center of Excellence.
