Provide the SR below to assist users with general questions about the Continual Learning Credit (CLC) requirements.
IMPORTANT!
- In the event that a user has further inquiries regarding the requirements or the process to obtain CLCs, please refer them to contact the USTA Officiating Team by emailing officiating@usta.com.
- If the user requests assistance on how to locate online content to obtain CLCs, please provide them with the How to Earn Credits SR.
- If the user expresses that they would like to know more about the External Training option, please refer to the External Training | Submit Continual Learning Credit Request SR.

To maintain your certification, you are required to obtain a total of 4 Continual Learning Credits (CLCs) during the current certification period (November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026):
2 General Knowledge Credits
2 Tennis Knowledge Credits
You can earn CLCs by completing qualifying learning items you have not completed previously. These activities include:
- Qualifying online courses
- In-person workshops
- Live or recorded webinars
