IMPORTANT! This SR applies to the transition from Oracle to Cornerstone, which occurred in January 2025. It should only be used for users who report that they received credit for workshops in the previous (Oracle) system, but the credits are not reflected in the new Cornerstone portal. |
WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW? Users should not get credits for retaking workshops they completed in the past. However, some users got credits for retaking workshops in the previous system. |
HOW TO ASSIST? Users may come in stating that they received credit for workshops in the previous system, but they're not reflected in the new system. Before providing the SR below, please follow the steps to verify whether this applies to the user:
Note: if the completion date is from the current cycle, this SR does not apply, and you would need to escalate. |

Thank you for your patience while I looked into this.
We apologize for the confusion. The USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators advised that there was a bug on some of the workshop postings in November and December, in which Officials who had taken the workshop before were inaccurately awarded credits. Kindly note that credits are not awarded for retaking workshops as well as online courses, or watching recordings of a previously attended webinar.
The USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators also advised that there are a lot of opportunities in which Officials can still earn 2 Tennis Knowledge credits:
- Attend an in person workshop you haven't attended before
- Complete online Tennis Knowledge content that you haven't completed before. (You can click "Online Learning" on the home page or find Tennis Knowledge content through the Learning Search).
- Getting ITA certified for the 2026-2027 ITA certification year by October 1st to earn 1 Tennis Knowledge credit
- Check out the "Submit Training" section for information on getting credit for learning opportunities outside the Hub.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for the confusion and any inconvenience it may have caused. If you have further questions or concerns, kindly reach out to the USTA Officiating Team directly by emailing officiating@usta.com.
