  • Kindly ask for screenshots to identify which section they're stuck on, and proceed to test the course as needed.

  • Many USTA Officiating courses have sections that will require users to click on a 'Resources tab' in order to proceed to the next slide. Some users may miss this step, so if you see a red and white notepad icon, advise the user to make sure they click on it.

  • Some courses have outbound links; if a user states that they click on a link/resources and are unable to go back to continue with the course, please refer to the Course Progress | Navigating Back to Course SR.
Course Progress (Webinar Recordings)
  • Regarding progress not saving for webinar recordings: The Admins advised that, to ensure progress is properly saved, users need to click the ‘SAVE & RESUME LATER’ link located at the top right corner of the course window before closing the course. If the course is not closed in this manner, the resume functionality may not always work.

If the issue persists or if the issue is Error Message related, create a ticket and escalate to the Administrators.
