The following account information is populated from their USTA.com account:
-First Name -Last Name -User Name (which is the Email Address) -User ID (USTA Number) -Address Line 1 -Address Line 2 -City -State -Zip -Country -Phone -Email Address -Location (USTA Section) -Section -District -USTA Member Number (USTA Number)
Since all of the fields above are populated from USTA.com, we should advise users to change the information in USTA.com. Once that is done, the next time the user logs into the USTA Officiating Development Hub, their account info will be updated. If the user states that they already updated the info in their USTA.com account, and the change was not reflected yet, please escalate a ticket to the USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators. |

When a user has an OfficialsFirst account with a matching USTA Number, the system automatically checks them as a USTA Official and populates the following fields to their USTA Officiating Development Hub account:
-Officiating Certification Status -Roving Umpire Certification -Referee Certification -Line Umpire Certification -Chair Umpire Certification -Chief Umpire Certification
Please note that although the information listed above is populated from OfficialsFirst, the user would not be able to adjust them on OfficialsFirst. If they state one of the information listed above is not correctly reflected in their USTA Officiating Development Hub account, please escalate a ticket to the USTA Officiating Development Hub Administrators so they can check the datafeed and further advise. |

The following information are entered manually by the Administrators:
-USTA Structure -Position
If the user would like to update the information listed above, please escalate a ticket to the USTA Officiating Development Administrators.
