USTA Officiating Development Hub

Accounts for USTA Officiating Development Hub users will have 'USTA Officials' under 'Identifier'. Please see the user type information below and the example in the below screenshot.

Note: Accounts for new users are created via data feed from USTA.com. If the user does not also have an existing OfficialsFirst account under the same USTA Number, the system will not assign the 'USTA Officials' under 'Identifier' and it will say 'USTA External Users'

USTA Leadership Lab & USTA Officiating Development Hub

Please note that some USTA Leadership Lab users may also be USTA Officials and have access to the USTA Officiating Development Hub with the same account. In this case, if the issue the user is experiencing account related issues/inquiries, please refer to the USTA Leadership Lab for procedures. However, if the USTA Leadership Lab user has a separate account (with different email address) for USTA Officiating Development Hub, then we can follow the account support procedures within the USTA Officiating Development Hub KB for that specific account.
